Fold & insert
Fold the disc in a way that feels comfortable for you and insert as far up as you can go (don't be afraid), until it sits behind the pubic bone.
Let it do its job
Once it sits behind your pubic bone, you shouldn't feel it. Carry on with your day — the disc collects your flow quietly while you forget it's there.
Wear with confidence
Go about your day as normal. The disc stays secure without pressure or bulk.
How it works
Insert, wear, forget about it.
01
Step 01Squeeze & fold
Pinch the disc to form a figure 8 shape. This makes insertion smooth and comfortable.
02
Step 02Place
Angle the disc towards your lower back (not straight up) and slide it in. Push the front rim up behind the pubic bone until it fits into place.
03
Step 03Wear up to 12 hours
Once positioned correctly, the disc holds up to 5+ a tampon's worth of fluid. Wear for up to 12 hours, during sleep, exercise, even during sex.
Watch & learn
See it in action
Our step-by-step video walks you through insertion, positioning, and removal — so your first time feels confident, not stressful.
Your period
From day one to your last drop
Heaviest flow
The start can be the heaviest. The disc's 60ml capacity holds 5+ tampons' worth, so you can sleep, work, or train without worrying about a change.
Peak flow
Your fullest days. Empty every 8–12 hours over the toilet — no leaks, no stickiness, no faff. Most wearers can go a full day or night between changes.
Flow eases
Wear a full 12 hours and forget it's there — perfect for swimming, yoga, or period sex with zero mess.
Light & spotting
For lighter days and end-of-period spotting, the disc keeps you fresh and dry — no liner backup needed.

Single Disc
Which size?
Both sizes are body-safe and easy to use — most people are happy with either. Pick based on cervix height and flow. The Kit includes both so you're covered for the whole cycle.
Small
Low cervix · lighter days
Large
High cervix · heavier days
How to check your cervix height
- Wash your hands and get comfortable — squatting or with one foot up is easiest.
- Slowly insert a clean finger into your vagina until you feel a firm, rounded bump — that's your cervix (it feels a bit like the tip of your nose).
- Note how far your finger goes:
- First knuckle (very easy to reach) → low cervix · go Small
- Second knuckle (medium reach) → average · either size works
- Past the second knuckle or hard to reach → high cervix · go Large
Heads up: cervix height shifts during your cycle — usually lower around your period. Check during your period for the most accurate reading.
Still unsure? Get the Kit — Large works for most of the cycle (especially heavier days), Small is handy for lighter days. You'll have the right one when you need it.
