Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or new product launches, this may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking notification by email once your order is on its way.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties
Customers in the UK and EU will not be charged any additional customs or import fees.
Customers outside the UK and EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authority. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
Periodt is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@heyperiodt.com and we'll do everything we can to help.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@heyperiodt.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
