They help keep you feeling dry and protected for up to 8 to 12 hours, depending on how light or heavy your flow is
How to use and wash our periodt underwear
1. Rinse
A quick rinse in cold water after wearing helps keep them fresh and washes most of the fluid out straight away. Not a must-do, but it makes a BIG difference.
2. Wash
Hand wash or pop them in the machine on a cool cycle (30–40°). Just skip the fabric softener as it stops the layers from working their magic.
3. Dry
Air dry only. Heat from tumble dryers can damage the leak-proof layers, so letting them dry naturally keeps them in top shape for longer.
4. Wear Again!
Once they’re completely dry, they’re ready to wear again. Clean, fresh, and good to go for your next cycle.eature here
