How it started
I spent years using tampons and pads because that's what everyone uses. But they were never comfortable and sometimes full of harsh chemicals. It's like they never made them with us in mind.
And I just thought... why are we all okay with this?
So I found products that actually made my period better. Started Hey Periodt so other people could have that too.
Your period doesn't have to be this hard. Mine isn't anymore, and yours doesn't have to be either.
